An Autumn Walk In The Mist
Here are a few of my latest images in my series titled - "An Autumn Walk In The Mist". The images were taken on our property Panther Valley Garden in Central Tennessee, a project I've been working on since 2012. A little over twelve years ago I began planting Japanese Flowering Cherry Trees throughout Panther Valley. The majority of these trees are Yoshino's but I did managed to plant 12 other types as well; including the Weeping Yoshino, Kwanzan, Higan and the Okame cherry tree. Today these trees are in fields and several of our paths surrounding our home and studio. These magnificent trees are spectacular in bloom, however their beautify isn't lost in any season. I particularly love the late fall which often has a quiet stillness. It is this time of year the trees are unmasked and the majesty of the branches are revealed. Enjoy your walk through the mist and don't forget to dress warm.
